ELD Specialist

Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Providing technical support to drivers and staff; assisting with hardware, devices, and software troubleshooting.
ELD Monitoring & Analysis: Monitoring data collected by ELD systems, analyzing reports and logs, identifying and resolving compliance-related issues.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborating with other company departments to ensure seamless integration of ELD with fleet and logistics management systems.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that both the company and the drivers strictly comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding ELD usage.
Conflict Resolution: Participating in and managing the resolution of conflict situations.
Shipment Tracking: Monitoring and tracking cargo transportation.

Requirements:
Soft Skills: High stress tolerance, multitasking abilities, and strong attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Language Proficiency:
English: C1 level or higher (IELTS 6.5 or higher)
Russian: C1 level or higher.
Uzbek: Professional working proficiency.
Flexibility: Readiness for shift schedule adjustments and rotations.

Working Conditions & Benefits:
Location: In-office position in the city center (on-site only, no remote work).
Work Schedule (Shift Rotation): 8:00 AM – 16:30 PM / 16:00 PM – 12:30 AM / 00:00 AM – 8:30 AM (shifts rotate every 2–3 months).
