IT manager

International company operating in the automotive industry is looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead local IT operations, infrastructure development, and strategic IT initiatives.

This role combines people management, IT operations, infrastructure oversight, vendor management, and collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and secure operation of the company's IT infrastructure and business systems;
• Develop and implement IT initiatives aligned with business objectives;
• Manage daily IT operations, ensuring high availability, reliability, and information security standards;
• Lead and develop the local IT team, including performance management and mentoring;
• Manage IT budget, resources, vendors, and external service providers;
• Lead infrastructure, digital transformation, and system implementation projects;
• Collaborate with local business stakeholders and international teams to support business needs;
• Ensure compliance with information security, privacy, and corporate governance requirements;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and technology optimization;
• Monitor technology trends and recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields;
• Experience managing IT teams and IT operations;
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, systems administration, and IT service management;
• Experience leading IT projects, managing budgets, resources, timelines, and risks;
• Understanding of information security principles and IT governance practices;
• Experience with 1C, CRM systems, EDMS, and Microsoft 365 environment;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Excellent presentation and reporting skills;
• Fluent English and Russian (written and spoken);
• Experience working in an international corporate environment will be considered a strong advantage.
