An international company is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and develop its existing local business operations in Kazakhstan.
This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for sales performance, operational management, business development, financial planning, and team management.
You will manage a small local team with 2 direct reports.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the business unit in Kazakhstan;
- Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets;
- Full P&L responsibility, including Revenue, GP, and operating expenses;
- Manage and develop the local team;
- Set goals and supervise employee performance;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients;
- Lead budgeting and financial planning processes;
- Review and manage contracts required for business operations;
- Prepare regular reports for regional management;
- Participate in strategic business planning and implementation;
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and company standards.
Requirements: - Proven experience in a management / branch or management / business development role;
- Strong experience in sales and operational management;
- Experience in budgeting and financial planning;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Experience managing a small team;
- English level Upper-Intermediate / Advanced is mandatory, as all communication with the foreign line manager and headquarters is conducted in English;
- Fluent Russian and Kazakh;
- Willingness to travel when required;
- Current Kazakhstan Driving Licence.
