Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project management and coordinate activities for new product development and launches in Central Asia (KZ, UZ, KG, MN, TJ) in time and in budget;
  • Ensures effective planning of projects, alignment on budgets and allocation of resources with relevant company functions on local and global level. Prepare project charter;
  • Partner with R&D, production, supply chain, clinical, regulatory, quality, legal, finance, business development, portfolio, marketing departments and global functions;
  • Streamline activities to meet project milestones. Drive regular project milestones review with all function involved;
  • Pro-actively identify bottlenecks and “showstoppers” in changes, operational problem solving;
  • Risk identification, tracking and development of risk mitigation plan and actions;
  • Acts as a spokesperson for Central Asia region on project specific matters with the Global Project management team and other global functions;
  • Keep all documents on project - meetings minutes, reports, changes on scope, budget, timelines. Keep project status updated in corporate project management platform;
  • Raise and escalate to top management team any unresolved issues that could cause delays new launches along with proposals and solutions.
Requirements:
  • University degree in engineering, business or nature science;
  • Problem solving skills, critical thinking, flexibility, excellent communication skills, ability to reach agreements, attention to details, ability to follow long term goals, demonstrated ability to deliver safe, effective and fully compliant projects;
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • 2-3 years of work experience in project management;
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate within and across cross-functional teams and business units, in a matrixed environment;
  • Skills for bridging stakeholders
  • Advanced user of MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Languages: English – upper-intermediate;
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements;
  • Strong collaborator, networking and relationship management;
  • Project management certification is a plus.
