At Truss, we believe that great talent exists everywhere — and that growing companies shouldn’t have to choose between accessing it and doing things the right way.We specialize in connecting U.S. enterprises with exceptional professionals in the Central Caucasus region, a part of the world rich with skilled, motivated talent that too many companies overlook. Whether a client needs end-to-end recruiting and Employer of Record (EOR) services, or simply a compliant employment structure for someone they’ve already found, we make it happen — cleanly, legally, and without the usual headaches of international hiring. But this isn’t just a staffing story. We’re in the business of opening doors in both directions. For our clients, we unlock access to emerging markets and untapped talent pools that give them a real competitive edge. For the professionals we place, we open access to meaningful, well-compensated opportunities with some of the world’s most dynamic companies. That exchange matters to us.We’re a small, operationally focused team that takes compliance seriously, moves quickly, and cares about doing right by the people on both sides of every placement.
