Creally is an AI-native platform that helps brands find, reach, and close deals with creators with fully custom AI agents. We're at an early stage - things move fast and the role is broad. You'll be the first dedicated CSM, owning the entire customer journey from onboarding to retention, working directly with the founders.
What this role actually is
Part support, part sales, part operations. You'll talk to customers daily, figure out what's broken or missing, and close the loop - both with the customer and with the product team. No playbook yet. You'll write it
Responsibilities:
Own onboarding - get new customers using the product fast and successfully
Manage ongoing relationships: check-ins, renewals, upsells
Be the first line of support and triage issues independently
Identify churn risk early and act on it
Gather structured product feedback and translate it into clear customer requests
Communicate product updates and reactivate dormant accounts
1-3+ years in a customer-facing role: account management, sales, or support
Advanced English and Russian - you'll work with customers in both languages
Comfortable with technical products - you don't need to code, but you need to learn fast and explain clearly and understand the logic behind features
High emotional intelligence - you read situations well and know how to de-escalate
Self-directed - you manage your own time and follow through without being asked twice
Genuine interest in the creator economy and marketing
Strong pluses:
Experience in cold outbound/SDR role
Background in marketing/working with creators
interest in data analysis and structured data
You've built some automations for yourself using AI and can demonstrate it
