Position Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic student recruitment and enrollment initiatives in alignment with the American educational model and the institutional goals of the school. This role focuses on driving enrollment growth, building strong relationships with prospective families, and ensuring a high-quality admissions experience while maintaining compliance with international accreditation standards and the national educational requirements of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and enrollment strategies to achieve student recruitment targets
• Lead and manage the admissions and recruitment pipeline from initial inquiry to confirmed enrollment
• Identify new market opportunities and build partnerships with feeder schools, agencies, and community organizations
• Oversee lead generation activities, including digital campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives
• Monitor and analyze enrollment data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
• Guide prospective students and parents through the enrollment process, presenting the school’s academic programs and value proposition
• Collaborate with the Admissions Team to ensure a seamless and efficient admissions process
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective families, providing personalized консультации and follow-ups
• Organize and participate in open houses, school tours, education fairs, and promotional events
• Develop marketing and sales materials in coordination with the Marketing Department
• Train and support admissions staff in effective sales techniques and customer engagement
• Track and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and enrollment KPIs to school leadership
• Ensure all recruitment practices align with school policies, ethical standards, and international accreditation requirements
• Contribute to the development of long-term strategic enrollment plans
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and enrollment data in CRM systems
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales, business development, or student recruitment (experience in international or private education preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales pipelines
• Familiarity with international education systems and U.S.-style curriculum is an advantage
• Fluency in Uzbek, English, and Russian
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• High level of professionalism, initiative, and result-oriented mindset
