Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The purpose is to execute the purchasing activities for EM Central (special focus on Export Market). To ensure the right buy is made for the season and avoid disruption of the ordering process. To ensure best practices are followed for the buy process. To align the cut-off dates within the region and to serve as a steady link for the HQ communication process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to support Manager Purchasing for successful execution of Buy Plan for Kazakhstan, Ukraine and other East European markets (consolidation).
- Responsible for accurate and on time availability of Purchase Order across the markets.
- Represent as SPOC for Forecasting by Co-ordinating with Channels, Demand Planning and Global FC team.
- Preparation of seasonal timelines (calendars) and co-ordination with other teams. (IT, DP, Mktng, Sales, CS) for GCC/LENA Prod Supply activities.
- Ensuring Purchase order Tracking across all plants to support in brining transparency to stakeholders.
- Responsible for providing relevant information regarding purchase order placement, cut-offs etc. to Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and Subsidiaries.
- Responsible for improvisation of current Prod. Supply reports and development of new reports.
- Analysing and building reports to avoid brining excess inventory.
- Responsible for up-to-date updates on Purchasing Policies
- Support the Snr Manager Product Supply and Manager Purchasing in driving new initiatives.

- EM: Purchasing, Demand Planning, Marketing.
- Regional: Purchasing, Customer Service, Operations, OBF, Sales
- Local: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, OBF and Finance
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Supply Chain or Supply planning knowledge.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and knowledge about ERP systems (SAP preferable).
- Good analytical, Strong communication and Presentation skills.
- Good English command.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration/Logistics
- 3-5 years of overall work experience in Supply Chain / Purchasing / Logistics / Customer Service
