IT Specialist (System Administration)

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment
Install Windows operating systems and application software
Provide daily support to end users and assist in resolving IT issues
Monitor network performance and IT systems, detect and resolve problems
Maintain records of IT equipment, manage procurement and service
Communicate and collaborate with external IT service providers

Requirements:

High school diploma, college degree, or university degree in IT or related field
Preferably at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Systematic, precise, and persistent in completing tasks
Quick learner, able to adopt new skills and knowledge efficiently
Ability to work independently, analytical mindset, responsible, and detail-oriented
Additional Skills (Optional but Advantageous):

Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune)
Advanced MS Office knowledge
Windows Active Directory administration
Basic understanding of network protocols and experience configuring network devices
