We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (CRM) to drive growth, frequency, and retention for inDrive.Groceries and Restaurant Delivery.
This role sits at the intersection of product, CRM, analytics, and growth. You will own end-to-end go-to-market and CRM strategies that turn food delivery into a habit-forming, high-frequency use case.
Your mission is to translate product capabilities, assortment, and offers into clear, timely, and personalized communication — driving both first orders and repeat behavior through scalable lifecycle strategies.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & lifecycle ownership
- Design and own CRM strategies across the full lifecycle
- Drive high-frequency CRM orchestration
- Lead multi-channel communication: push notifications, in-app banners (home, catalog, checkout, ride context) and WhatsApp / messaging channels
- Work with Bloomreach: segmentation, dynamic content and personalization, triggered and automated flows
Data, events & analytics
- Own the definition and quality of product & CRM events required for funnel tracking, segmentation and targeting, experimentation and ML use cases
- Partner with analytics to track conversion to first order, repeat rate, frequency (orders per user), AOV / basket composition, CRM contribution to GMV
- Drive A/B testing
Cross-functional leadership
- Act as a key connector between Product (Groceries & Food Delivery), Engineering, Analytics & Data Science and Local Marketing teams
- Support market rollouts across multiple countries: adapt CRM strategies to local behavior and supply, align with local assortment, pricing, and partners
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Experience
- 6+ years in Product Marketing, CRM, Growth, or Lifecycle Marketing
- Experience in food delivery, groceries, e-commerce, or marketplaces
- Strong hands-on CRM experience (Bloomreach is a strong plus)
- Proven track record of driving frequency and retention, not just acquisition
Skills
- Strong analytical mindset (funnels, cohorts, retention, uplift)
- Experience working with product events and data schemas
- Ability to simplify complex product logic into clear messaging
- Experience running experiments and scaling successful mechanics
- Comfortable working across markets and cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- Experience in high-frequency products (food delivery, quick commerce)
- Exposure to ML-driven CRM or personalization systems
- Experience in emerging markets with supply constraints
