The role: - Update and maintain accurate HR master data in HR systems (HR:Link) and payroll systems (when applicable).
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Promote high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR activities across the whole lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, employee data updates, and exit processes.
- Provide timely and accurate information to employees and managers regarding HR processes.
- File and maintain HR documentation, ensuring alignment with Epiroc standards and compliance practices.
- Stay updated on Epiroc's internal HR policies, procedures, and local regulations.
