We’re a company providing first-line customer support for the iGaming industry, and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for a VIP Account Manager who knows how to treat clients like royalty and keep things running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
Provide personalized support to a select group of top clients (~300), handling their inquiries via chat, email, and messaging.
Assist with bonuses, deposits, withdrawals.
Analyze client profiles to increase loyalty and growth metrics (GGR, NGR, ARPU, LTV).
Develop tailored promo plans based on client preferences.
Handle objections and suggest alternatives to retain clients.
Collaborate with Backend and Frontend teams on account analysis, bonuses, payments, and platform features.
Maintain timely reports and coordinate with VIP, retention, and payment teams.
What we expect:
Experience in the iGaming sphere (~ 1 year).
Previous experience supporting high-value or VIP clients (chat/email).
Strong communication skills in English (B2–C1).
Attention to detail, multitasking ability, empathetic approach, helpful mindset.
