HR & Administrative Specialist
📍 Almaty
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR & Administrative Specialist to join our team and provide both HR and executive administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to top management (calendar management, meetings, travel arrangements).
- Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth HR processes.
- Maintain HR documentation and personnel records in compliance with local legislation.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups.
- Manage business correspondence in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
- Work with ERP/HR systems and maintain accurate data.
- Support HR team with various projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an HR and/or administrative role.
- Good knowledge of HR administration and personnel documentation (KDP).
- Fluency in Kazakh and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
