Hiring: Fleet Manager (Maintenance & Equipment) – Tashkent Office

We are looking for a Fleet Manager to oversee the condition, maintenance, and performance of our trucks and trailers operating in the U.S.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track all company trucks and trailers
• Schedule and manage preventive maintenance (PM)
• Coordinate repairs with service shops across the U.S.
• Keep records of inspections, services, and breakdowns
• Ensure DOT compliance and equipment safety standards
• Minimize downtime and control maintenance costs

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience in U.S. trucking industry (fleet / maintenance side preferred)
• Strong understanding of truck maintenance & PM schedules
• Knowledge of DOT inspections and compliance
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• English proficiency required
