We are looking for a hungry, results-driven International Business Development Manager to join our Export and International Relations department.

At TelecomSoft, we don't just sell ideas — we build real, working IT solutions. We boast a powerful portfolio of cutting-edge tech products and enterprise software that are absolutely primed to conquer global markets. We build scalable, high-impact technology, and now we need the right expert to take it worldwide.

Your mission? To take these proven tech products and scale them across global markets (MENA, APAC, CIS, and Europe). If you are a natural "hunter" who loves closing B2B/B2G deals, building global partner networks, and representing tech products at the world’s biggest IT exhibitions, we want you on our team.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive Global Sales: Manage the full sales cycle for our core IT products and IT outsourcing services across international markets.

  • Build Partnerships: Identify and establish strong relationships with global system integrators, distributors, and hardware manufacturers (including White Label partnerships).

  • Travel & Network: Represent TelecomSoft at top-tier global tech events and exhibitions (like GITEX, Web Summit, FSTEC, AI summits) to generate high-quality leads and negotiate deals in person.

  • Market Strategy: Research target regions, analyze competitors, and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to specific countries and product lines.

  • Close B2B/B2G Deals: Conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals with international enterprise clients and government sectors.

What We Expect (Qualifications):

  • Proven track record in international B2B IT sales, SaaS, or IT outsourcing.

  • Fluent/Advanced English (B2-C1) is an absolute must. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills in English.

  • Ability to understand tech products and translate them into business value for clients.

  • Experience working with international partners, dealers, or system integrators is a huge plus.

  • Willingness to travel frequently for international business trips and tech events.

  • A proactive, independent mindset — you know how to find leads, book meetings, and get things done.
