Trucking company with a 25-truck fleet is looking for a Safety Manager to oversee DOT compliance, driver safety, and claims handling.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance

• Handle accident investigations and insurance claims

• Conduct driver safety training and evaluations

• Maintain safety files, logs, and compliance records

• Assist with driver hiring and onboarding

• Review and verify driver documents

• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive information

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in trucking safety or logistics (preferred)

• Knowledge of DOT regulations

• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible

• Hard-working and eager to learn

• Strong communication skills with drivers and management
