Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a strong Sales Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry contacts and market research. This role involves driving sales, developing market strategies, securing new clients, and maintaining long-term account relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Run Market Generation & Outreach
  • Manage the Sales Pipeline Process
  • Represent our brand at industry events and trade shows
  • Promote our platform
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Gain and retain new clients through new deal opportunities and account management
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with BD and Product teams
  • Lead and coach a team of salespeople
  • Assign sales territories
  • Develop and implement a sales plan

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (near native)
  • +2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development
  • Experience in iGaming industry is must
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The recruitment process will include a three-day pre-trial period, during which we will test your skills. This period is paid. After successfully completing the pre-trial, an interview will follow. If the interview is successful, the next step will be an offer.
