Sales Manager (German and English speaker)

Negentrix Holding is an educational company with a mission to help people integrate into Germany through practical education and employment.

We operate three schools — IT Career Hub, DWW Akademie, and Beam Institute of Technology — where we train students for in-demand professions and support them all the way from choosing their career path to securing their first job.

Our audience consists of people for whom German is not their native language, but Germany is their new home. We know how to help them become part of society and succeed professionally.

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for incoming client inquiries, building trust and rapport from the very first conversation

• Consult clients on our educational programs and help them choose the solutions that best fit their needs

• Meet and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth

• Process client orders accurately and document all interactions in our CRM system

What we expect from you:

• 1–3 years of experience in international sales; experience in EdTech is a strong advantage

• C1–C2 level proficiency in German and English; Russian is a plus

• Strong communication skills, empathy, a client-oriented mindset, and the ability to listen carefully and understand customer needs
