We are looking for a Affiliate Manager.

Job Description:

• Expand the affiliate program, grow existing relationships and open new opportunities for collaboration;
• Build strong, long-term relationships and maintain frequent contact with partners;
• Review and improve existing agreements to maximize revenue and traffic quality;
• Negotiate and optimize each partnership to ensure business goals and objectives are met;
• Monitor and analyze traffic performance on a daily basis, improve traffic quality and scale volumes;
• Attend conferences to network with with current and potential partners.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate level of English;
• Experience in affiliate marketing 3+ years;
• Ability to work with analytics, assess the effectiveness of campaigns (preferably from the point of view of the product);
• Ability to work with Excel, welcomed experience with the scoreboard;
• Understanding of the main sources of traffic purchase, funnel, purchase models;
• Ability to conduct researches;
• Experience in gambling vertical is optional, but welcome;
• Experience in conferences as a must, mobility and willingness to travel to conferences.
