We’re looking for a Partner Relations Manager to own and scale our global partner network — from finding and onboarding new partners to developing long-term, high-performing relationships.
This role sits at the heart of our operations. You’ll be responsible for the entire partner lifecycle: building strong acquisition systems, acting as a quality gatekeeper for new partners, and ensuring our validated partners perform consistently and grow with us.
It’s a mix of strategy, operations, and leadership — ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, working cross-functionally, and leading teams in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Partner Acquisition & Onboarding
Own partner sourcing strategy, criteria, and tools
Identify coverage gaps and prioritize partner acquisition by region and demand
Lead end-to-end onboarding for new partners across GBO & Givella
Validate partners through their first real deliveries (orders 0–6)
Make clear go / conditional / no-go decisions before partners scale
Partner Operations & Performance
Own partner performance standards, KPIs, and development approach
Support regional teams with partner data, insights, and recommendations
Drive continuous improvement across quality, reliability, and scalability
Make informed decisions around partnership extension, optimization, or exit
Partner Standards, Materials & Communication
Own onboarding standards, partner documentation, and communication frameworks
Lead partner-facing updates, guidelines, and seasonal communications
Work closely with Marketing on partner materials and enablement content
Oversee incentive logic for partner sourcing and referrals
Team Leadership & Enablement
Lead and develop the Partner Relations team
Set clear annual and quarterly goals
Coach team members and translate insights into better processes and skills
Build a culture of ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement
Systems, Tools & Governance
Act as business owner/advisor for partner systems and tools (incl. NPI)
Ensure partner data, documentation, and processes are accurate and scalable
Own partner cut-offs, closures, disclaimers, and operational governance
