MIRA Academy is a training center for real estate brokers and part of a large international development company MIRA, specializing in luxury real estate. We offer educational programs that help beginners start a career in the industry and enable experienced professionals to enhance their expertise.
We are currently looking for a Sales Manager who will consult clients about our courses and guide them through the sales process to a successful deal closure.
Responsibilities:
Active sales of educational courses (inbound and outbound calls, written communication);
Consulting clients on training programs and helping them choose the most suitable course;
Managing the client database, processing leads, and closing deals;
Handling objections and motivating clients to make a purchase;
Achieving planned sales targets.
Requirements:
Entry-level experience in sales (experience in education, courses, or training is a plus);
Experience working with CRM systems;
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and product presentation skills;
Clear and professional communication skills with a customer-oriented approach;
Goal-oriented mindset and focus on results;
English proficiency at B2 level or higher, as most sales will be conducted in English.

Fully remote work format;
Flexible compensation structure: fixed salary plus commission per sale (discussed individually).
