CDL Driver Recruiter (American Trucking Company)

We are looking for an experienced CDL A Driver Recruiter (Owner-Operators).

• Job Format: On-site only (office-based position)

• Work Schedule: 6/1

• Work Time: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM (night shift Tashkent Time)

Job Responsibilities:

• Source, call, screen, and pre-qualify drivers

• Explain company programs accurately (no over-selling)

• Presenting company terms: pay, routes, equipment, and requirements

• Screening candidates and managing the hiring pipeline

• Maintaining accurate candidate records

• Working with recruitment KPIs and targets

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CDL Driver Recruiter in an American trucking company (mandatory)

• Fluent English (spoken & understanding is a must) C1

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone

• Disciplined, well-organized, responsible, proactive

• Stress-resistant and able to work under pressure

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary is discussed individually during the interview.
