Responsibilities:
The candidate should have experience in student recruitment.
Provide accurate information and guidance to prospective students regarding admission procedures, programs, and requirements.
Process and review student applications in accordance with university policies and deadlines.
Verify academic documents and eligibility criteria for local and international applicants.
Coordinate with academic departments, finance, and visa offices to ensure smooth admission processing.
Maintain and update applicant records in the university admission system.
Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
Support enrollment activities, orientation programs, and admission-related events.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
Previous experience in admissions, student services, or administrative roles is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Russian and English (additional languages are an advantage).
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work with databases and standard office software (MS Office, CRM systems).
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Conditions:
