Senior Truck Driver Recruiter

Premier Trucking Group is a US-based logistics company operating in the American transportation market. The company works with professional truck drivers and provides stable logistics services across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment of CDL truck drivers (OTR / Regional / Local)
• Active sourcing of drivers through job boards, databases, and referrals
• Conducting interviews and professional pre-screening of candidates
• Organizing and coordinating driver onboarding processes
• Collecting, verifying, and maintaining driver documentation (CDL, medical card, MVR, background checks, drug tests, etc.)
• Maintaining and updating internal databases of drivers and trucks
• Ensuring compliance with company and US regulatory requirements
• Close cooperation with dispatch, safety, and operations departments
• Monitoring recruitment effectiveness and quality of hired drivers
• Supporting HR processes related to drivers and office staff
• Experience with Tenstreet and Indeed strongly preferred

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in truck driver recruitment for the US market

Mandatory experience recruiting CDL truck drivers

Strong understanding of US trucking industry, compliance, and onboarding procedures

Experience working with ATS, CRM systems, or internal databases

Confident English (spoken and written)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies

Readiness to work evening and night hours aligned with US time zones
