IT Sourcer\Junior Recruiter

We, Aksamit Mobile Solutions, specialize in application development for tech startups and established enterprises in the US and Western Europe. Our projects are not tied to one area, so there is an opportunity to work with cool products in Fintech, Health, Social Media and Blockchain. Our company is actively growing and now we are looking for a IT Sourcer (Researcher) In Minsk to join our HR team!

Format: Full-time
Location: Minsk Office

Requirements:

• Motivation to learn and grow in IT sourcing;
• 6 months of experience required — courses or internships will be a plus;
• English level B1+ or higher;
• Interest in the IT industry and basic understanding of technologies will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Posting vacancies on professional platforms;
• Actively searching for candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Telegram, GitHub, etc.);
• Initial CV screening and evaluating candidates’ fit for the role;
• Managing correspondence and supporting candidates at early stages;
• Creating and regularly updating the candidate database in PeopleForce;
• Collaborating with recruiters and transferring relevant candidates for further hiring stages;
• Creating developers' CVs for clients.
