IT Sourcer

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing methods and tools to identify and engage top IT professionals;

• Stay updated on modern technologies and IT industry trends;

• Conduct initial search, screening, and analysis of candidates' resumes;

• Initiate and manage primary communication with potential candidates;

• Post job vacancies on various job platforms;

• Participate in meetings to strategize candidate search for open positions;

• Maintain and expand the existing candidate database;

• Collaborate effectively with the recruitment and sales teams.

Requirements:

• English Level: B2 or higher (fluent communication skills);

• Completion of courses in recruitment/sourcing or an internship within an IT company;

• Strong understanding of modern technologies and IT industry trends;

• Excellent research skills and the ability to work with different sourcing platforms;

• Own Linkedin candidate database;

• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills.
