Security Awareness Manager​

Develops and implements employee awareness programs on information security topics.​

Key Responsibilities:​

• Planning and launching educational programs on information security.​

• Conducting regular training sessions, webinars, newsletters, and other activities.​

• Organizing and conducting phishing tests, analyzing results, and preparing recommendations.​

• Tracking engagement metrics and program effectiveness.​

• Coordinating with HR, IT, and communications departments.​

Requirements:​

• At least 3 years of experience in information security awareness and training.​

• Knowledge of modern training methods (e-learning, gamification).​

• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).​

• Training Methods: Proficiency in adult learning approaches and content development for diverse audiences.​

• Communication: Confident public speaking and presentation skills.​

• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret phishing test results and other assessments.​

• Organization: Skills in event planning and coordinating cross-functional teams.​

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of key security threats and controls to tailor training content.​
