About the Role:
We are looking for an Associate Manager – Learning & Development to join our People & Culture team in Tashkent. This role plays a key part in building organizational capability by designing, delivering, and managing impactful learning initiatives aligned with business goals.
You will partner closely with business leaders, HR teams, and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps, create innovative learning solutions, and foster a strong culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Strategy & Needs Analysis
· Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using surveys, performance data, and stakeholder inputs.
· Identify skill gaps and recommend effective learning interventions.
· Align learning initiatives with organizational and business objectives.
Program Design & Delivery
· Design engaging training content, presentations, and learning materials.
· Develop and manage e-learning, workshops, and blended learning programs.
· Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions.
· Partner with internal SMEs and external vendors for specialized training.
Training Operations & Governance
· Manage training calendars, logistics, registrations, and learning records in the LMS.
· Ensure timely delivery of mandatory and compliance training.
· Maintain learning standards and documentation.
Measurement & Reporting
· Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
· Analyze outcomes and recommend improvements.
· Prepare monthly and quarterly learning dashboards and reports.
Stakeholder Engagement & Culture
· Partner with managers and HR teams on capability-building initiatives.
· Guide employees on learning pathways and career development.
· Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Health, Safety & Compliance
· Comply with Occupational Health, Safety, and Fire Safety regulations.
· Identify and report HSE/FS risks and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in L&D or Human Resources with strong L&D exposure.
· Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
· Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
· Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
· Strong project management and organizational skills.
· Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements.
· Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
· Fluency in English, Russian & Uzbek.
