Support Specialist

GP Solutions is looking for a Support Specialist.

Project:

One of our flagship initiatives is PropertyVIEW® Content Verification Services, which provides hotels with insights into their market trends and best practices. Our team of auditors conducts detailed analysis of hotels and provides reports to clients, which help them make data-driven decisions to improve their revenue and operational efficiency.

Remote work or Minsk office.

Full-time(8 hours/day).

A strong candidate will have:

• Experience in a support role, preferably in a technical environment.
• Excellent written and oral English language skills (B2 or higher).
• Problem solving approach.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.

Will be a plus:

• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
• Completed QA courses or equivalent practical experience.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Manage daily user request queues via incoming support tickets.

• Process support tickets and work closely with internal teams to resolve operational issues.

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the development team as needed.

• Conduct bug reproduction and maintain accurate issue reports in JIRA.

• Perform system testing and validation when workload permits.
