What youʼll do
Own the full-cycle recruitment for tech (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, DevOps, AI/ML), product, and marketing roles — across Europe and CIS.
Run targeted searches for senior and C-level talent (engineering leads, heads of product, growth leaders).
Design and manage sourcing strategies that balance speed, quality, and cost per hire.
Partner with hiring managers and our HRD to define role profiles, interview processes, and bar for excellence.
Lead the onboarding journey: from offer acceptance to the end of probation — making sure new hires feel engaged, supported, and successful.
Track and improve key hiring metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and probation success rate.
Continuously improve our candidate and employee journey — building a scalable process that feels human.
How weʼll measure your impact
Month 1 — Hiring pipeline in place; first priority roles sourced.
Month 2 — 2-3 successful hires closed.
Month 3 — Onboarding process designed and tested.
Month 6 — Cost-per-hire reduced by 20%, 90% of hires successfully pass probation.
Who you are
5+ years of in-house or agency recruiting experience, with a focus on tech and product roles.
Proven success in headhunting senior and C-level talent in Europe/CIS (bonus if also in US/UK).
Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram/Discord, and niche job boards.
Ability to design structured interview and onboarding processes.
Analytical mindset: you love measuring cost, quality, and speed of hiring.
Clear communicator: able to inspire candidates and challenge hiring managers when needed.
