Internal Communications Manager

The Growth Department at inDrive is the largest department within the company, responsible for driving ride-hailing expansion and success. With over 1600 team members, we are seeking a Senior-Level Internal Communications Manager to join our dynamic team. This position involves a high degree of autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to shape the internal communications landscape within the Growth Department.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Communications Development:

• Develop and implement effective, transparent, and engaging communication strategies within the Growth Department.
• Work directly with the Head of PMO and Strategy to ensure alignment with departmental goals and company objectives.
• Ensure timely and comprehensive dissemination of achievements, updates, and news from the Growth Department across the entire company.

Content Creation and Management:

• Write compelling and informative content, including posts in Slack channels, newsletters, and internal announcements.
• Prepare engaging presentations and reports to highlight departmental milestones and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with creative vendors to produce high quality multimedia content.

Regional Coordination:

• Foster effective communication across all regions where the Growth Department operates.
• Develop and maintain a publication plan to ensure consistent and strategic communication.

Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain effective working relationships within the Growth Department and with other departments to enhance internal communication flow.
• Act as a liaison between the Growth Department and the Head of Internal Communications.

Event Planning and Execution:

• Plan and execute internal events and initiatives that promote departmental achievements and foster a sense of community within the Growth Department.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in internal communications, ideally gained in communication agencies or tech companies
• Strong skills in developing internal communication strategies across diverse teams and departments
• Proficiency in various communication formats, including speechwriting, article creation, and content development for team summits and internal events
• Fluent in both English and Russian (written and spoken)
• Experience collaborating closely with top management to design and implement communication processes
