Financial Affairs Assistant Manager

We are looking for an Financial Affairs Assistant Manager to support our growing organization by ensuring accurate financial reporting, efficient accounting operations, and compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

· Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.

· Prepare financial records, reports, and supporting documentation.

· Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

· Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning activities.

· Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.

· Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.

· Maintain accurate financial records and support continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

· Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting and finance.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

· Knowledge of Uzbek accounting and tax regulations is a strong advantage.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Turkish is a strong plus.
