Data Center Partnerships & Attraction Specialist

IT Park Uzbekistan is looking for a Data Center Partnerships & Attraction Specialist to support the development of Uzbekistan’s data center ecosystem and attract international technology companies, investors, and infrastructure operators to the country.

This role involves building strategic partnerships, coordinating investment projects, and working with international and local stakeholders to strengthen Uzbekistan’s digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with international and local data center operators.
• Identify, attract, and engage potential investors, tenants, hyperscalers, cloud providers, and enterprise clients.
• Coordinate negotiations and support companies throughout the market-entry and project implementation process.
• Conduct market research and contribute to the development of strategies for the data center sector.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving the regulatory and investment environment.
• Coordinate with energy companies, telecom operators, government institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare analytical reports, presentations, business cases, and proposals.
• Monitor global trends in data centers, cloud infrastructure, and digital technologies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, infrastructure, telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of digital infrastructure, data centers, cloud technologies, telecommunications, or investment projects.
• Working proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Ability to analyze information and prepare structured reports and presentations.
• Proactive approach, strategic thinking, and strong organizational skills.
