We're looking for an HR Admin, Payroll and IR Leader to oversee and improve our HR processes. Well-being of the employees is crucial for the safety and quality of our products. Your role, your impact

• Defining and applying global HR policies and processes, ensuring consistency with local regulations.
• Communication with Trade Unions and monitoring local agreements.
• Ensures collection and transmission of HR Admin documents and operations for payroll processing, as well as regular data quality checks
• Maintaining and controlling of Payroll System. Main contact for ZUP and IS&T support team.
• Managing of Payroll and HR Admin personnel

You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across IS&T, Legal, and Finance — solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.

What you bring

• Proactive attitude and agile mindset
• Up-to-date knowledge of labor, social and employment legislation
• Experience dealing with employee representatives.
• Excellent communication skills (English, Kazakh, Russian)
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with HR operational aspects (Compensation & Benefits, Legal/Labour Compliance, Income Tax, Social Context

• Quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Development of direct reports
• Contribution to peer reviews and teamwork.
