Guest Relations Executive (Seychelles)

We’re looking for a warm, energetic, and service-oriented Guest Relations Executive to join our team in the Seychelles and help create memorable experiences for our international guests.

What You’ll Do
* Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, including airport meet-and-greets
* Handle guest requests, reservations, and special arrangements
* Promote and sell tours, activities, and additional services
* Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, and local partners
* Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally
* Ensure every guest receives a high level of service from arrival to departure

What We’re Looking For
* 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, or guest relations
* Fluent English + Russian or Ukrainian
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong service mindset with a sales-driven approach
* Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable team player ready to relocate and commit to island life
* Knowledge of the Seychelles is an advantage

What We Offer
💶 Salary: EUR 1,200/month
💰 Sales bonus: approximately EUR 500/month, depending on performance
