Recruitment and Termination

- Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork
- Search and make a contract with recruitment agencies
- Finalize labor contracts and compile relevant documents
- Registering employees' HR data to relevant government office and set up the company's HR
- structure
- Manage termination process (resignation, retirement, lay-off, firing, mutual agreement etc.)
- including exit interview
- Employee On-boarding and Off-boarding
Training and Development

- Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees
- Establish HRD roadmap and set up the LMS
- Search and make a contract with contents providers
- Study KT&G history/core values and train other employees (including HR policy and so on)
- Manage the delivery of L&D programs
- Internalize the KT&G culture and core values to employees
- Provide specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills
Performance Management & Evaluation

- Administer employee evaluation/incentive schemes
- Manage the evaluation process / performance review
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
- (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Lead employee's goal setting process and help them make proper performance indicator/index
Compensation & Benefit

- Manage attendance & delivery of payroll/benefits
- Manage an annual manpower plan and labor cost budget/record
- Search and make a contract with payroll agencies
- Establish and manage benefit standards by benchmarking competitors
- Manage employee promotion & rewards process
HR Infra

- Manage and update the HR regulation/guidelines/SOP
- Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures
- Set-up and stabilize the HR system (payroll, HR data, evaluation, social insurance, etc.)
- Collect and administer HR data / documents within legal requirements (using the HR system)
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession
- Planning
- Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports
Employee Relation

- Manage labor disputes and support their resolution in line with applicable legislation and company policy
- Manage grievance procedures and support fair and timely case handling
- Conduct employee surveys on a regular basis and analyze feedback to support engagement and organizational improvement
- Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on workplace issues
General Affairs (GA) Management

- Lead and oversee the General Affairs function, ensuring the smooth delivery of workplace and administrative support services across the company
- Supervise, coach, and coordinate the work of 2 GA specialists, set priorities, monitor performance, and ensure effective task allocation
- Manage office administration, vendor coordination, contract administration, workplace services, and procurement of office-related goods and services within approved budgets
- Ensure effective management of office facilities, supplies, travel support, employee services, and other administrative processes required for business continuity
- Develop, implement, and improve GA policies, procedures, and controls to ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance with internal standards
Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)

- Coordinate and monitor HSE activities, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements and internal standards
- Organize HSE training, awareness sessions, and required communication for employees, contractors, and visitors, as applicable
- Support workplace inspections, risk assessments, incident reporting, corrective actions, and maintenance of HSE documentation and records
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities or service providers on HSE matters and support the continuous improvement of the company’s safety culture
Car Fleet Management

- Oversee company car fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, utilization, maintenance planning, repairs, insurance, registration, and related administrative control
- Supervise HSE unit responsible for car fleet administration, set priorities, monitor execution, and ensure timely completion of fleet-related tasks
- Ensure fleet operations comply with company policies, driver requirements, safety standards, and cost-control targets
- Analyze fleet-related costs and performance indicators, coordinate with vendors and internal users, and propose improvements to optimize service, reliability, and budget efficiency
