Talent Acquisition Manager (Commercial)

We're a fintech company building and scaling our own product across several international markets.

We're growing our Talent Acquisition team and looking for a recruiter to own high-volume and targeted hiring for commercial roles across the Asia and Middle East markets. Our ideal match knows how to close commercial positions quickly and effectively, brings strong sourcing skills and is fluent in English.

• Own the full recruitment cycle for junior and mid-level roles (sales and support, partnerships and business development)

• Build and manage hiring funnels, working with basic HR analytics (stage conversion rates, time-to-hire, sourcing channels)

• Research labor markets (Europe, Asia, CIS), map out talent pools and identify new sourcing channels

• Run screening calls and interviews, assessing candidates' soft and hard skills against business requirements

• Oversee new hire adaptation (onboarding, tracking probation period progress, gathering feedback from hiring managers)

• Maintain regular reporting on funnel status and open positions.

• 1+ year of recruiting experience (experience with international staffing agencies or commercial companies is a strong plus)

• Experience working with HR analytics: able to independently build and read basic hiring funnels

• English proficiency at C1 level or above (for daily correspondence and interviews with English-speaking candidates and colleagues)

• Strong sourcing skills: working with talent maps, sourcing through donor companies and non-standard candidate channels

• Hands-on experience closing vacancies in the CIS, Europe and Asia regions.

• Exposure to international markets and hands-on hiring experience beyond the CIS

• A central role across the full hiring lifecycle - from candidate sourcing to successful onboarding
