Head of Grants and Innovations Department

We are looking for an experienced "Head of Grants and Innovations Department" to develop our university's grant strategy, expand international cooperation, and support innovative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the university's grant activity strategy and manage the department's operations.

• Continuously monitor international and national grant programs.

• Prepare high-quality grant applications in collaboration with faculty members.

• Coordinate the implementation, budgeting, and reporting of awarded grants.

• Foster innovation activities, including startup initiatives, technology transfer, and industry partnerships.

• Organize training sessions to enhance staff capabilities in grant writing.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Higher education (Master’s degree required; PhD is an advantage). Field: Economics, Management, Innovation Management, or related disciplines.

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in higher education, research, or international organizations in grant project preparation/management and innovation coordination (including at least 2 years in a leadership role).

• Technical Skills:

• Professional proficiency in AI models (creating and utilizing AI agents).

• Knowledge of grant portals (Funding & Tenders, Erasmus+, etc.).

• MS Excel / Google Sheets (budgeting).

• Project management tools (Trello/Asana/MS Teams).
