As an international British independent school in Almaty, we are looking for a Human Resources Project Manager. HR Project Manager manages the needs of school’s employees. He/she develops and manages employment programmes, job evaluations, salary compensation and benefits, staff evaluation, performance management and promotions programmes. HR Project Manager must be highly qualified and experienced.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, prepare and maintain job evaluation systems, and company's salary structure (base salary, discretionary pay), and develop related policies and procedures.
• Develop, prepare and maintain company staff evaluation systems as performance management with KPI structure and individual goals for staff and develop related policies and procedures.
• Advice on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;
• Work closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assist line managers to understand and implement related policies and procedures;
• Undertake regular internal salary reviews;
• Participate in external (market) salary reviews and interpret salary review reports;
• Administer payroll and maintain records related to staff;
• Interpret and advise on employment legislation;
• Plan and sometimes deliver training, including performance management process related training to the staff;
• Involve into school CPD, and Learning and Development programs analyzing training needs in conjunction with department managers.
• Take a lead role in developing partnerships with local educational institutions, identifying and implementing a strong development program.
• Provide coaching and resources to employees and managers with respect to career development, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
• Supervise payroll records
• Forecast and analyze budget and expenditure as well.

• Control and supervise budget.

Requirements:

-Knowledge of English at the level of Upper-intermediate /Advanced.

-Knowledge of 1S Accounting System is preferable.

-Relevant degree.

-Relevant experience at Big 4 companies preferable.

-Analytical mindset.

-Strong communication skills.

-Sufficient level of emotional intelligence.
