Сustomer service specialist

As the Сustomer service specialist you’ll responsible for maximising the effectiveness of customer service processes related to KZ & KG distributors

What You’ll Do

• Process of distributors orders.
• Conduct negotiation with distributors on orders placement, payments and reports.
• Activities may include analysis, planning and forecasting in the areas of production, stocks monitoring at distributors and distribution.
• Preparations of calcualtations related to compensations to distributors
• Prpearations of corresponding pre-approvals for further upload to UDA
• Identify and explore potential business opportunities.

Required Qualifications
• University degree
• 1 years' experience as customer service specialist
• Good communication and analytic skills
• Efficient Computer Skills (advanced Excel knowledge).
