We are seeking Sales specialist to lead our sales organization. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our sales strategy, driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives and drives sustainable growth
- Fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability and ensure the achievement of sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create synergies that enhance customer acquisition and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs
- Present sales forecasts and growth projections to the executive leadership team, providing insights on market dynamics and strategic initiatives
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3-5+ years of sales experience , with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Exceptional understanding of sales methodologies and best practices, including account-based selling and consultative sales approaches
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams, with experience in talent acquisition and development
- Bachelor degree
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment, with a track record of scaling sales organizations successfully
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives
