Junior HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Posting vacancies on job platforms and ensuring job advertisements remain up to date
• Proactively searching for candidates based on defined criteria using CV databases, job sites, and other open sources
• Conducting an initial screening of CVs against the basic job requirements
• Conducting short phone interviews to clarify candidates’ experience, expectations, and availability for the role
• Referring suitable candidates to the HRG and updating candidate statuses in the recruitment database
• Maintaining communication with candidates, including interview invitations, meeting confirmations, and updates on the recruitment process
• Participating in project activities related to the development of the HR structure

What We Expect:

• Completed or ongoing higher education, preferably in Management, Psychology, Economics, or a related field
• Strong interest in recruitment and a desire to develop a career in HR
• Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally and politely; English language skills will be an advantage
• Confident PC user, including Excel, email, messengers, and online platforms
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with candidate data
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to handle a high volume of communication, including phone calls, correspondence, and interview coordination
• Responsibility and reliability in meeting deadlines, providing timely feedback, and accurately recording information

• 5/2 working schedule, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; a flexible working schedule can be discussed
