Call center team leader

We are an international company operating in e-commerce, logistics, and fulfillment across multiple markets. As we continue to grow our operations in Uzbekistan, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Call Center Team Leader to join our team in Tashkent.

We are looking for a strong team leader who can manage a team of operators, ensure high performance, improve order confirmation results, and take responsibility for the daily operation of the call center.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Call Center Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar management position
• Experience managing and motivating a team of call center operators
• Experience recruiting and training new operators
• Strong understanding of call center KPIs and performance management
• Ability to analyze team performance and identify areas for improvement
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to organize shifts, tasks, and daily workload
• Experience working with CRM systems is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Fluent Russian and Uzbek
• English is an advantage
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
