The opportunity:

We are hiring an Audit Senior in Tashkent to join our growing Audit team.

As an Audit Senior, you will work closely with clients and engagement teams to deliver high-quality audit services in accordance with EY methodologies and professional standards. You will contribute to audit engagements for leading local and international companies, build strong client relationships, and further develop your technical and leadership skills.

What will you do:

• Participate in and lead audit engagements for clients

• Review financial statements and assess compliance with IFRS and other applicable standards

• Identify audit risks and perform audit procedures in line with EY methodology

• Analyze financial information, business processes, and internal controls

• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and engagement teams

• Support, coach, and review the work of junior team members

• Collaborate with managers and partners to ensure high-quality client service

What we look for:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• ACCA, CPA, or other professional qualification completed or in progress

• 3-6 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or financial reporting in accordance with IFRS

• Previous experience in a Big Four environment will be considered an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
