The opportunity:

We are hiring an Audit Manager in Tashkent to join our growing Audit team.

As an Audit Manager, you will lead audit engagements for leading local and international companies across various industries. You will be responsible for managing engagement teams, overseeing audit delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring work is performed in accordance with EY methodologies and professional standards. You will also play an important role in developing people, driving engagement quality, and contributing to the growth of the Audit practice.

What will you do:

• Lead audit engagements for local and international clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client management and key stakeholders

• Oversee engagement planning, execution, and overall project delivery

• Manage engagement teams and support the development of junior colleagues

• Review key audit deliverables and ensure compliance with EY methodologies and quality standards

• Contribute to business development and growth of the Audit practice

What we look for:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent professional qualification

• 5+ years of experience in external audit

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and auditing standards

• Experience managing audit engagements and leading teams

• Strong client management, communication, and leadership skills

• Previous experience in a Big Four environment will be considered an advantage

• Fluency in English and Russian

• Lead complex engagements for leading local and international clients
