We are looking for the Human Resources Specialist (Payroll) to be a part of our Human Resources team located in Almaty.

• Calculate and transfer salaries, advance payments, benefits and other sums provided to employees;
• Prepare pay-rolls on every subsidiary;
• Make and provide reference letters to company employees upon requests;
• Make employees list for the bank to transfer salaries;
• Prepare tax registers;
• Make and submit tax reports (Declarations) to relevant bodies;
• Make and timely submit statistic reports;
• Make and maintain documents, register them in the established way to hand to the archive and support internal and external audits.
• Prepare documents for the management to give loans to employees, control the flow of loans;
• Transfer alimonies and other withdrawals according to legal claims, interact on these issues with judicial bodies and claimers. Ensure the mentioned withdrawals are transferred within the established periods;
• Execute (replace) the duties of the temporarily absent employee(s): HR Specialist
• Provide guidance to employees on payroll, taxation, deductions, and related matters.
• Participate in payroll automation, digitalization, and process improvement initiatives.

• Advanced Excel user (pivot tables, complex formulas)
• English – Upper-Intermediate and above
• Labor and Tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Experience in automating remuneration and performance management processes
• Experience working with SAP HR / SAP HCM or similar payroll systems. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
