Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis, plan and coordinate international training programmes, and ensure effective cross-departmental collaboration.

• Manage training projects, coordinate operational activities, and maintain training-related documentation.

• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), maintain and update electronic training records, and ensure compliance with established requirements and standards.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Relevant experience in Learning & Development or corporate training.

• Proficiency in Kazakh and Russian, with English at Intermediate level or above.

• Proficient user of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
