These are the tasks awaiting you

• Establish the JV's finance and accounting function from the ground up (processes, agreements, and operating model)

• Build financial model by ecosystem revenue stream: listings, developer subscriptions, advertising, mortgage leads, service marketplace and other housing-related services

• Supervision and coordination of the company's accounting, taxation, financial and controlling activities

• Responsibility for the development, supervision and coordination of the company's reporting system, considering the information needs of the OTP Group (BS, P&L, CF, product and commercial KPIs: CAC, CPL, CPA, conversion, revenue by channel, unit economics and partner-level profitability)

• Supervision, planning and controlling (with budget ownership) of the company's projects from a financial perspective

• Participation in the compilation of decision-making materials based on economic calculations for the management and decision-making work of the company's management or owners' representatives

• Management and evaluation of the preparation of the business plan

• Supervision and control of services used by OTP Group members or external service providers

• Ensure compliance with international financial regulations, taxation, and reporting standards

• Maintaining contact with financial institutions, ministries, authorities, auditors

• Decision-making within the scope and value limits specified in the delegation letter

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with 3rd party suppliers such as accountant, attorney, compliance, data security expert, IT vendors, agencies, analytics/data providers, content/3D suppliers and developer-related service providers, etc.

• Report directly to the CEO and the Hungarian CFO and support them with financial analysis

• Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency

• Support group-level financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes with reliable data and input

• Build effective finance processes while fostering financial awareness and accountability across departments

We’re looking for you if you have

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in Finance, Controlling or Accounting

• At least 2 years of financial leadership experience

• A college degree in Finance or Accounting

• Deep understanding of Uzbek and international financial regulations, compliance, taxation, and auditing standards

• User-level IT skills and advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Advanced proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools such as ERP platforms and BI tools

• A precise and responsible work ethic, with a problem-solving mindset and strong analytical thinking

• Working proficiency in English, Russian, and Uzbek

• Reliability and effective communication skills

• Previous experience in a multinational or professional services environment

• Experience in a startup environment or high-growth or fast-scaling organizations, where you were able to build up new processes
