We are currently looking for a CRM Marketing Manager (Email & Social) to join our international team of passionate professionals. This is an opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven business while building scalable processes and making a real impact.

About the Role
Israel Cart is an online marketplace connecting customers with authentic products from small family-owned businesses across Israel. Our mission is to create meaningful connections between customers and the families behind every product, making every purchase part of a bigger story, not just a transaction.
As CRM Marketing Manager (Email & Social), you will own Israel Cart’s email marketing and social media channels (Instagram & Facebook), creating engaging, mission-driven communication that builds lasting relationships with our customers. While product strategy is owned by other teams, you will be responsible for turning ideas into compelling campaigns and consistent customer communication.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage our email marketing (Klaviyo) and social media channels (Instagram & Facebook, etc.).

• Plan and execute the content calendar across CRM and social channels.

• Build and optimize lifecycle campaigns, including welcome, nurture, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and re-engagement flows.

• Create engaging, mission-driven content that builds customer relationships and drives retention.

• Write compelling copy and collaborate on the visual execution of emails and social content using our AI-powered design system.

• Run A/B tests, analyze campaign performance, and continuously optimize results.

• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other contributors to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing and social media.

• Experience taking communication campaigns from idea to execution, with excellent English copywriting skills (C1+) and the ability to write naturally for a US audience.

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Klaviyo is a strong plus) and lifecycle marketing best practices.

• Ability to create value-driven communication that builds long-term customer relationships while driving engagement and revenue.

• Strong analytical skills, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance analysis (CTR, Open Rate, Conversion Rate, etc.).

• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate content creation and campaign execution.

• A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to take ownership, generate ideas, and continuously improve your channels.

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing to US-based customer audiences.

• Experience in e-commerce, DTC, or subscription businesses.

• Familiarity with mission-driven brands, storytelling, or community-focused marketing.
