Brandquad — SaaS platform for e‑commerce solutions: PIM / DAM / DSA / AMS.

We launched our journey in 2015 and have been developing and implementing our platform ever since. It automates the entire product management process — from creating and storing data to collecting analytics on online sales metrics.

Our clients are well‑known brands and companies worldwide, including L’Oréal, Estée Lauder, Tikkurila, Coty, Henkel, Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser, Kimberly‑Clark, Avon, Teva, Stada, and Dior.

Brandquad’s global office is in France (Paris, Lille).

We are looking for a strategic and data‑driven Business Growth Director to lead our international unit and drive revenue growth for our SaaS platform serving e‑commerce businesses.

The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of e‑commerce and retail operations with strong analytical and sales skills, and will be responsible for building and executing the growth strategy across key international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the international growth strategy. Define market entry approaches, prioritise target regions, and build go‑to‑market plans aligned with product capabilities and local market dynamics.
  • Drive revenue and user growth. Set and achieve aggressive targets for new customer acquisition, expansion within existing accounts, and upsell/cross‑sell opportunities in international markets.
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration. Work closely with product, marketing, customer success, and engineering teams to adapt the SaaS offering to local needs, ensure smooth launches, and deliver a consistent customer experience.
  • Build and manage international partnerships. Identify and nurture strategic alliances with local tech providers, marketplaces, payment gateways, and resellers to accelerate market penetration.
  • Analyse market trends and competitive landscape. Conduct regular research to understand local e‑commerce ecosystems, regulatory environments, consumer behaviour, and competitor positioning; translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Own the full sales cycle for key international accounts. Lead high‑value deals from prospecting to close, including negotiation, contract structuring, and stakeholder management.
  • Monitor performance and optimise growth levers. Track key metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, MRR/ARR, conversion rates) and use data to refine strategies, allocate resources effectively, and improve ROI.
  • Represent the company externally. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, growth, or sales leadership roles, preferably within SaaS, e‑commerce, or retail tech.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and scaling operations in international markets.
  • Deep understanding of the e‑commerce sector and retail operations, including marketplaces, omnichannel strategies, logistics, and digital customer journeys.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions, build forecasts, and measure performance.
  • Excellent sales skills and the ability to lead complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
  • Fluent English (C1 level or higher) — mandatory for effective communication with global teams and clients.
  • Experience with business analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience launching products or entering new markets in specific regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
  • Previous leadership experience managing remote or distributed teams.
  • Industry network in e‑commerce or SaaS communities
